Do you pick up from my home?
Yes. Enter your address and map pin when booking. Admin handles pickup and can share live location while on the way.
How long does a repair take?
Depends on the issue and parts. You get status updates on your ticket; many common jobs finish within a few days.
Will my data be safe?
Please back up and remove accounts where possible. We handle devices carefully but are not responsible for data loss incidental to repair.
How is the price decided?
After diagnosis we confirm parts and labour. Extra work needs your approval before continuing.
